Developmental Training

MALCOLM EATON Enterprises‘ Developmental Training Program teaches a variety of life and vocational skills to individuals and is divided into three levels:

Developmental Training I

People with severe and/or multiple disabilities learn practical life skills at MALCOLM EATON’s West Campus, studying areas such as writing, money management, grooming, safety and communication via computers. Job training at the Main Campus supplements the studies for some.

Developmental Training II & III

These programs are tailored to those individuals gaining skills to equip them for community jobs. Staff provide training and people gather experience through hands-on work with our commercial manufacturing contracts. In addition, those in Developmental Training III are intensively honing their skills to meet their community employment goal.
